I'm taking level 1. Like I did last year. And the year before. And the year before that. And I expect to fail this year too. I do suspect I'll be decently close; If I am, I may try it for real next summer and study for the test over spring.

Hashimoto is the new mayor, and Matsui, from Hashimotos Isshin no Kai party, looks to become the new prefectural governor. Hashimoto is on track on his plans to unite Osaka city and Sakai city to the south.

And with about 2/3rds of the voters approving this plan it seems it may actually become reality.
